Air Fry Potato Wedges

 

Introduction

An easy air fryer recipe for potato wedges

Serve: 2

Total time: 40 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Russet Potaotes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop potatoes into wedges
  2. Place potato wedges into a pot and boil for 20 minutes at medium heat.
  3. Pat dry potatoes wedges.
  4. Place them in a mixing bowl, add oil, salt, cayenne pepper and herbs. Mix well.
  5. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 180C.
  6. Place potato wedges into air fryer
  7. Cook for 20 minutes. Shake the wedges every 5 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
